Greetings Wine Lovers!

The best wine dinner class in Bellingham? Let me cast my vote for the  
ongoing series I've been co-hosting with Bellingham Technical College  
Chef Marc Eilberg.

Ok, Ok, so I my have a bit of built in bias here, but I ask you, where  
are you going to get a 5-course dinner paired with wines for only $59  
per person?  That's right, $59, which is the complete course fee, so  
there's no tax or gratuity to tack on to the final bill.  You've got  
to admit that's one heck of a deal and the quality of the food and  
wine, if I do say so myself, is always first rate.

We still have space available for our next dinner on Saturday, August  
2, which will feature wines from Washington's Horse Heaven Hills  
Appellation.  If you prefer wimpy wines, then don't bother showing up,  
because we've got some big, bold Washington wines from the region  
including a beautiful Viognier/Roussanne blend, a mind-blowing Zin and  
a late harvest Chenin Blanc, among others.
